Two Ingredient Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is easy to make and tastes divine. It’s perfect for a quick dinner, just add your favourite toppings, pop it in the oven for 15-20 minutes and you’re done!

Makes 2 large pizzas
What do I need?
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
How do I make it?
- If making in an electric mixer use the dough attachment to combine the flour and yoghurt together and then keep beating for a couple of minutes.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
- If you don’t have an electric mixer you can make by hand by mixing flour and Greek yoghurt together in a bowl.
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes.
- Keep adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky.
