One Tray Honey Chicken with Vegetables
Crispy-skinned honey-baked chicken is the star of this easy one-tray dinner. Drizzle any pan juices over the vegetables when serving for even more delicious flavour.

What do I need?
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 8 chicken wings or drumettes
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped into rounds
- 2 potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 red onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Add honey, garlic and half the olive oil to a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add chicken wings and toss to thoroughly coat in the honey mixture.
- Pour remaining olive oil into a baking tray and add vegetables to one end of the tray. Add chicken wings into the other end of the tray and place in oven. Cook, turning once for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
