8 tangelo slices
4 sprigs tarragon
2 tbsp softened unsalted butter

How do I make it?
Cut a small pocked in each chicken breast. Stuff 2 tangelo slices and 1 tarragon sprig in each breast.
Brush breasts with ½ tbsp. butter. Season with salt and pepper.
