Chilli Sticky Ribs
The best ribs are sticky on the outside and melt-in-your mouth tender on the inside. This recipe is all that and more and is simple to make. Serve ribs with rice and steamed green veggies.

What do I need?
- 1.5kg pork spare ribs
- 250ml soy sauce
- 300ml sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
How do I make it?
Preheat oven to 200C.
Combine soy and sweet chilli sauces with brown sugar in a large bowl or dish.
Add ribs to sauce and toss to coat well.
Brush a wire rack with oil and place over a large baking pan lined with baking paper.
Remove ribs from sauce and place on rack, reserving the sauce for later.
Cook for 30 minutes and then pour remaining sauce over the ribs. Return to oven and cook for a further 20 minutes, or until ribs are tender.
Remove from oven and serve with rice and steamed green vegetables.
