Salad of Cabbage, Apple and Almond

What do I need?
For the salad
- 100 g red cabbage
- 100 g green cabbage
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g snow pea sprouts
For the dressing
- 2 tbsp cranberry juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp ECS Botanics Hemp Seed Oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
- Finely slice red and green cabbage and place in a large bowl.
- Core apples and finely slice, then pour over lemon juice to stop apples browning and add them to the bowl, along with almonds and snow pea sprouts.
- Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together and season to taste.
- When ready to serve, pour over dressing and toss salad.
