Sticky Pork Loin Steaks
These pork steaks are incredibly simple to make and full of flavour. Marinate them overnight for maximum flavour and serve with rice, or a green salad for the ultimate easy dinner.

What do I need?
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 pork loin steaks
How do I make it?
- Add all ingredients except pork loin steaks to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add pork loin steaks to a shallow casserole dish and pour over marinade. Turn steaks to coat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat barbecue or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Shake off excess marinade and grill pork loin steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside to rest, covered with foil for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile add remaining marinade to a saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring often for 2 minutes, or until slightly reduced.
- Serve marinade drizzled over pork loin steaks.
