Pear Gorgonzola Pizza

Makes 1 large or 2 small pizzas
What do I need?
- 1 ½ cups self raising flour
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup grated cheddar
- 100 g Gorgonzola

How do I make it?
- Combine flour and Greek yoghurt in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until a dough forms. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220C.
- Roll dough out into a circle and lay on a lined baking tray. Brush pizza base with olive oil and top with grated cheddar, pear and Gorgonzola. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is lightly golden in colour.
