Fig and Bocconcini Caprese
This fresh, summery entrée is inspired by the traditional caprese salad.

What do I need?
- 6 Mamma Lucia Fresh Bocconcini Balls, sliced into rounds
- 5 fresh figs, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
On a serving platter layer bocconcini and fig slices, inserting basil leaves between each pair of slices. In a jug or small bowl mix cranberry sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar and pepper and drizzle over the bocconcini and figs. Serve immediately.
