Barbecue sweet chilli chicken drumsticks

What do I need?
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
How do I make it?
- In a large bowl, mix together the honey, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Pour a small amount into a container to use for basting.
- Place the chicken drumsticks into the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Lightly oil the barbecue grill, place drumsticks on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Baste frequently with the reserve sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with a leafy green salad or a crunchy coleslaw.
