Zesty strawberries with Cointreau

What do I need?
- 500g strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered depending on their size
- 3 tbsp Cointreau
- Zest of 1 orange
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
- Mint leaves roughly torn, to serve
How do I make it?
- Place strawberries into a large bowl and splash over the Cointreau. Add the orange zest and sift in the icing sugar. Mix everything together well. Cover and leave for one hour or more for the juices to become syrupy and for the strawberries to soak up some of the alcohol.
- To serve, spoon strawberries into individual serving dishes and scatter with torn mint leaves.
