Easy Chocolate Mug Cake
Sometimes you just have to give in to those cravings and go with it. This mug cake only takes a couple of minutes to cook and is the perfect dessert for one. For an extra indulgence drizzle it with chocolate sauce to serve.

What do I need?
- 1/3 cup self raising flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
How do I make it?
- Add flour, cocoa powder and sugar to a bowl and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl whisk egg, milk, butter and vanilla together and then add to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a large mug and microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until it has risen and the top is set.
- Serve immediately.
