Chocolate Mug Cake
Sometimes you need dessert right now! This quick and easy mug cake only takes 90 seconds to cook so you’ll be able to satisfy that craving fast. You can enjoy it just as it is but we like to add a few extras like fresh raspberries, vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce to make it extra good.

What do I need?
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 ½ tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate sauce to drizzle
- Raspberries to garnish
- Vanilla ice-cream to serve
How do I make it?
- Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla to a 400 mL or larger capacity mug and mix until combined.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds, then allow to cool for 1 minute before topping with ice-cream, raspberries and chocolate sauce.
