Sweet Cinnamon Buns

What do I need?
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g butter, melted
- 450 g puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Roll puff pastry out into a rectangular shape to a thickness of ½ centimetre, then brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the butter and roll into a tight roll. Cut the roll into 3-centimetre-thick buns and arrange on baking tray.
- Whisk egg yolk and milk together and brush mixture over the buns, then bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
