What do I need?
- 1 cm piece of ginger, finely grated
- 4 chives, finely diced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 24 oysters
- 50 g salmon caviar, to serve
How do I make it?
Put ginger, half the chives, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sugar in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Pour dressing over oysters, sprinkle with remaining chives and add salmon caviar to serve.
