What do I need?
¼ cup light soy sauce
3 tbsp chicken stock (liquid)
1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 x 150 g pieces of tuna
How do I make it?
Combine soy, stock, ginger and garlic in a large bowl. Add tuna and turn to coat both sides. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to marinate.
Meanwhile, heat a grill pan or the barbecue to a medium-high heat. Add tuna and cook for 4 minutes per side, using remaining marinade to baste while it cooks.
