Quick and Easy Blue Eye Trevalla Bake
You know we love a speedy mid-week meal and this one is all that and more. Delightfully delicious, it will suit the whole family, and it is cooked in one baking dish so clean up is a cinch.

What do I need?
- 700 g blue eye trevalla fillets
- 350 g broccoli
- Cooking spray
- 100 mL vegetable stock
- 300 g crème fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 50 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Cube fish and set aside.
- Trim the stalk from the broccoli, rinse and divide broccoli into florets.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add fish and broccoli to the dish. Whisk stock, crème fraiche, eggs, and both cheeses together in a bowl. Season and pour over the fish and broccoli.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the broccoli is fork tender.
- Serve immediately.
