Spiced Apricot Glaze

Sweet apricot jam and spicy chilli are the perfect accompaniment for ham.

How long will it take?

Takes 5 minutes

What’s the serving size?

This will glaze a ham up to 10 kg

What do I need?

  • ½ cup apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chillis

How do I make it?

Stir ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush over ham during the final 45 minutes of baking.
