What do I need?

- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 slices of cheese of your choice
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Cucumber pickles, for eyes
- Green stuffed olives, sliced for eyes
- Your choice of chutney/relish/mayonnaise/tomato sauce, to serve
How do I make it?
- Add beef, salt, pepper, garlic, Wrcstershire sauce, tomato sauce, and Dijon mustard to a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Divide mixture into 4 and use your hands to shape into hamburgers. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat barbecue or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush each hamburger lightly with oil and grill on each side for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and add 2 slices of cheese to the top of each hamburger. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast the cut side of the hamburger buns, if desired.
- Arrange lettuce, tomato, and red onion on buns, top with hamburger and add your choice of sauce.
- Make the eyes by arranging pickles and olives on toothpicks and add to the hamburger bun.
- Serve immediately.
