Bacon Salt

What do I need?
- 350 g bacon
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 190C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and then place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange slices of bacon on the rack and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until very crisp. Drain on paper towel and let cool completely.
- Chop bacon finely or use a food processor to blitz it. Add salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Pack into a jar and keep refrigerated.
