Avocado and lime mousse with smoked salmon

What do I need?
- 6 ripe avocados
- 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 200g Smoked Salmon
How do I make it?
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits and skin. Blend avocado with Tabasco, lime juice, garlic and sea salt in a blender until it is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon avocado mousse into 8 glasses and top with a piece of smoked salmon. Serve with a lime wedge and dill for garnish.
