Heirloom tomato and burrata salad
A classic combination that will look fabulous on your festive table. Serve the burrata at room temperature to get the maximum creaminess.

What do I need?
- 6 burrata, at room temperature
- 425g baby heirloom tomatoes, halved
- 6 tomatoes, cut into small wedges
- 6 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 5 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves
How do I make it?
- Place tomatoes and capers on a serving plate and top with burrata.
- Combine olive oil and vinegar and whisk.
- Drizzle over the tomatoes and serve top with basil.
