Heirloom tomato and burrata salad

A classic combination that will look fabulous on your festive table. Serve the burrata at room temperature to get the maximum creaminess.

What do I need?

  • 6 burrata, at room temperature
  • 425g baby heirloom tomatoes, halved
  • 6 tomatoes, cut into small wedges
  • 6 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 5 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves

How do I make it?

  1. Place tomatoes and capers on a serving plate and top with burrata.
  2. Combine olive oil and vinegar and whisk.
  3. Drizzle over the tomatoes and serve top with basil.
