Herbed Olives
Served warm, these herb-infused olives are a fantastic addition to any event.

10 minutes preparation plus overnight to infuse the flavour

What do I need?
- 500 g mixed olives
- 250 mL extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 sprigs of fresh herbs of your choice – rosemary, thyme or oregano.
How do I make it?
- Add all ingredients to a large frying pan over low heat. Heat, stirring gently until the olives are warm but not hot. Remove from the heat and place in a jar or bowl and allow to cool. Cover and leave at room temperature overnight.
- When ready to serve, warm gently again over low heat.
TOP TIP
- Serve with toothpicks to make it easy for guests to enjoy.
