What do I need?
- 5-centimetre piece of cucumber, peeled and chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 ½ tsp agave syrup or simple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 45 mL gin
- Soda water, to serve
How do I make it?
- Muddle cucumber, mint, and agave in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, then add lime juice and gin. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a glass, top with soda water and garnish with cucumber.
