Fig and Ginger Ham Glaze

This glaze will cover a ham up to 9 kg
What do I need?
230 g fig jam
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
125 mL water
How do I make it?
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat and cook until jam has melted and sugar has dissolved.
- Brush ham with glaze before and during cooking.
