Orange and Soy Ham Glaze
Fab on ham and also great on chicken, fish or pork.

What’s the serving size?
This will glaze a ham up to 8 kg
What do I need?
- ½ cup brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ cup orange juice
How do I make it?
- Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
- Brush ham with glaze before and during cooking.
