Green Olive Tapenade
A crowd pleaser for party season, this Green Olive Tapenade can be made in advance and served when your guests arrive.

What do I need?
- 550 g pitted green olives
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup capers, drained
- 6 anchovies, drained
- 2 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup flat leaf parsley leaves
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
How do I make it?
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz.
- Taste and season to taste.
- Serve with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
