Tasty tortilla roll-ups
These delicious roll-ups are the ultimate lunch box fare because you can customise them to suit your child’s tastes. We’ve provided a list of possible fillings but really, you’re only limited by your imagination. Cutting each wrap into thirds means that they are a good manageable size for small hands. Remember to pack an ice pack to keep everything nice and fresh in your child’s lunch box.

What do I need?
- Wraps/Mountain Bread/Tortillas
- Hommus/Tzatziki or other dip of choice
- Ham/BBQ chicken/smoked salmon/tuna/tofu/roast beef/egg
- Cream cheese/grated cheese/cottage cheese/feta/mayonnaise/pesto/mustard/sour cream/Greek yoghurt
- Lettuce/rocket/baby spinach/cucumber/tomato/onion/capsicum/avocado/black beans/grated carrot/chilli/coleslaw/fresh herbs
How do I make it?
- Spread wrap with dip, mayonnaise, pesto or any of the dressing-type ingredients that you prefer, stopping about 1 centimetre from the edge.
- Lay lettuce, rocket or baby spinach on top.
- Then add your choice of protein ingredient and finally top with your preferred salad and herbs.
- Fold wraps a little on both sides, then at the bottom and roll it as tightly as possible. Cut each wrap into thirds to serve.
