Pie Wrappers

Turn leftovers into a tasty lunchbox treat with this easy recipe.

What do I need?

  • Muffin tray
  • 4 small tortilla wraps
  • Leftover Bolognese, pasta sauce or curry
  • ½ cup cheddar, grated
  • ¼ cup parmesan, grated
  • Chopped chives or parsley

How do I make it?

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Press each wrap into muffin tray holes. The wraps will have approx. 2-centimetre overhang at the top.
  3. Spoon leftovers into the wraps, filling to about three-quarters full.
  4. Mix the cheeses and top each pie with a layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until the wraps are golden and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with herbs.
