
Pie Wrappers
Turn leftovers into a tasty lunchbox treat with this easy recipe.

What do I need?
- Muffin tray
- 4 small tortilla wraps
- Leftover Bolognese, pasta sauce or curry
- ½ cup cheddar, grated
- ¼ cup parmesan, grated
- Chopped chives or parsley
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Press each wrap into muffin tray holes. The wraps will have approx. 2-centimetre overhang at the top.
- Spoon leftovers into the wraps, filling to about three-quarters full.
- Mix the cheeses and top each pie with a layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until the wraps are golden and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with herbs.
