Cucumber, Radish, and Green Pea Salad

What do I need?

  • 6 large iceberg lettuce leaves, torn
  • A large handful of rocket leaves, torn
  • 4 radishes, finely sliced
  • 1 continental cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 250 g freshly shelled peas
  • Half a bunch of fresh dill, leaves picked

For the Dressing

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

How do I make it?

  1. Combine lettuce, rocket, radishes, cucumber, peas, and dill leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Mix sour cream, water, 2 tablespoons dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.


  • If fresh peas are not available, you can replace with cooked and chilled frozen peas, or drained canned peas.
