Barbecued Bacon Wrapped Corn Cobs

What do I need?
- 6 corn cobs, husks removed
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp garlic salt, divided
- 500 g middle bacon rashers
How do I make it?
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle each corn cob with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Wrap cobs in slices of bacon, then place each cob on a piece of aluminium foil and roll to enclose. Twist ends of foil to tightly seal.
- Place corn on barbecue and cook for about 10 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 10 minutes on the other side. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for a further 35-40 minutes or until the corn is tender and the bacon is cooked.
