What do I need?
6 corn cobs, husks removed
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tsp garlic salt, divided
500 g middle bacon rashers
How do I make it?
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Sprinkle each corn cob with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Wrap cobs in slices of bacon, then place each cob on a piece of aluminium foil and roll to enclose. Twist ends of foil to tightly seal.
Place corn on barbecue and cook for about 10 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 10 minutes on the other side. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for a further 35-40 minutes or until the corn is tender and the bacon is cooked.
