Start the day right with this fruit-filled bowl of goodness. You can buy frozen fruit or if you have fresh just pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes before using.

What do I need?

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice

Optional Toppings

  • Seasonal berries
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds

How do I make it?

  1. Place frozen berries, almond milk, yoghurt and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a bowl topped with your choice of fruit and toppings.
