Very berry smoothie bowl
Start the day right with this fruit-filled bowl of goodness. You can buy frozen fruit or if you have fresh just pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes before using.

What do I need?
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Optional Toppings
- Seasonal berries
- Granola
- Chia seeds
How do I make it?
- Place frozen berries, almond milk, yoghurt and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl topped with your choice of fruit and toppings.
