ABC Overnight Oats
A healthy and hearty breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings.

What do I need?
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- ½ punnet blueberries
- 60 g dried cranberries
- Handful of pepitas
How do I make it?
- Combine oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl. Add Greek yoghurt, honey or maple syrup and a splash of milk and stir to mix the yoghurt and honey into the oats. Add the rest of the milk and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, divide between bowls and top with apple, blueberries and cranberries. Sprinkle with pepitas and enjoy.
