Choc Coconut smoothie bowl with Strawberries and Pistachios
You’ll adore this smoothie bowl for its versatility; it is fantastic for breakfast but equally as good as a healthy dessert.

What do I need?
- 150 g unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 35 g rolled oats
- 3 tsp cacao powder or 6 tsp cocoa powder
- 4 tsp peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp cacao nibs
For toppings
- 4 – 6 large strawberries, halved
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 ½ tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
How do I make it?
- Put first 7 ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Add cacao nibs and put into a bowl.
- Top with strawberries, coconut and pistachios.
