Choc Coconut smoothie bowl with Strawberries and Pistachios

You’ll adore this smoothie bowl for its versatility; it is fantastic for breakfast but equally as good as a healthy dessert.

What do I need?

  • 150 g unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 35 g rolled oats
  • 3 tsp cacao powder or 6 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

For toppings

  • 4 – 6 large strawberries, halved
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 ½ tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped

How do I make it?

  1. Put first 7 ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add cacao nibs and put into a bowl.
  3. Top with strawberries, coconut and pistachios.
