For the Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ¼ cup milk of your choice
For the toppings
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Chia seeds
- Rolled oats
How do I make it?
- Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients to a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can add additional milk.
