What do I need?
- 180 mL soy milk
- 60 g blueberries
- 60 g raspberries
- 1 banana, frozen
- 50 g grated beetroot
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 2 tbsp coconut shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
To serve
- Rolled oats
- Almond flakes
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh blueberries
How do I make it?
- Add soy milk, 60 g each of blueberries and raspberries, banana, grated beetroot, mint, coconut, chia seeds, lime juice, honey, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl and top with rolled oats, almond flakes, raspberries and blueberries.
- Serve immediately.
