Blueberry Yoghurt Breakfast Parfait
Back to school breakfasts don’t have to be overly complicated but they do have to be nutritious and delicious, and this breakfast parfait features creamy yoghurt, fresh blueberries, almonds, and granola for crunch. It’s the perfect way to kick-start a day of learning and play.

What do I need?
- ½ cup vanilla yoghurt
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 3 tbsp granola – you can use store-bought or try our recipe for Easy Homemade Granola
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 2 tsp runny honey
How do I make it?
Add yoghurt to a glass and top with blueberries, granola, and almonds. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
