What do I need?
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
How do I make it?
- Add banana, apple, avocado, spinach and milk to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds.
