Cheesy Cauliflower Steaks
You’re going to love these cauliflower steaks! Topped with flavours of garlic, cheese, and tomato, they’re the perfect light lunch or tasty snack.

What do I need?
- 1 whole cauliflower, cut into 1-centimetre-thick steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 80 g cheddar, grated
- 20 g parmesan, grated
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
How do I make it?
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Lay cauliflower steaks on a lined baking tray and drizzle on both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper then bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
- Meanwhile, combine garlic, cheddar, and parmesan in a small bowl and mix well.
- Remove steaks from oven and top with cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes and pine nuts and return to the oven. Cook until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are cooked.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
