What do I need?
- 1 lime
- Desiccated coconut, for the rim
- 120 mL vodka
- 30 mL lime juice
- 60 mL coconut milk
- Ice
How do I make it?
- Prepare the glasses by cutting lime in half and rimming the glasses. Dip the rim into a plate of desiccated coconut. Set glasses aside.
- Add vodka, lime juice and coconut milk to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the prepared glasses.
