- 15 mL lime juice
- 50 mL vodka
- 180 mL ginger beer
- Ice
- Lime wedges to serve
- Mint leaves to garnish
How do I make it?
Add a generous amount of ice to a copper mug and top with lime juice, vodka and ginger beer. Top with extra ice and lime wedges and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
