What do I need?
- 1 tbsp peach jam
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 30 mL vodka
- 120 mL prosecco, chilled
- Ice
How do I make it?
- Add jam, vinegar, and vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a glass. Add some ice, then top with prosecco and serve.
