Peach Mojito
Beat the heat with a delicious Peach Mojito.

What do I need?
- 4 peaches
- 120 mL white rum
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 600 mL sparkling water
- Ice
How do I make it?
- Cut peaches in half, remove the stones, and thinly slice. Add half the peach slices to a blender with rum, lime juice, and honey and blitz until smooth.
- Divide remaining peach slices and mint between four glasses, add ice and the rum mixture. Top with ice and sparkling water and serve.
