Add all ingredients except tonic water to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
- You can easily make your own rose syrup at home with just three ingredients. To make 1 cup of rose syrup add ¾ cup water, ¾ cup sugar and ¼ cup dried rose petals (food-grade) to a saucepan and simmer until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and leave to steep for 15 minutes before straining to separate the rose petals from the syrup. Store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
