Salted Caramel Martini

What do I need?
- 30 mL caramel syrup, plus extra for the rim
- Sea salt, for the rim
- 45 mL vanilla vodka
- 60 mL Baileys Irish Cream
- Toasted marshmallows for garnish
How do I make it?
- Place cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before rimming to stop the caramel syrup from running.
- Place caramel syrup in a shallow dish and roll the rim of the glass in it. Then roll rim in a shallow dish of salt to coat the caramel syrup.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add caramel syrup, vodka and Baileys and shake vigorously.
- Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
