What do I need?
- 100ml gin
- 100ml tonic water
- 250ml prosecco
- Ice cubes.
- Lychees to serve
How do I make it?
- Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes.
- Divide gin and tonic water between the glasses and stir to combine.
- Top each glass with 125ml prosecco.
- Garnish with lychees.
