What do I need?
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup tonic water
- 60 mL gin
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Ice cubes
How do I make it?
- Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Pour over ice and serve.
