Matcha Foam Iced Latte
This sweet, iced latte is topped with a fabulously fluffy whipped matcha foam for the ultimate in vibrant and delicious drinks. To make ours vegan-friendly, we used coconut milk but you can use any plant-based milk you prefer.

What do I need?
- 2 tbsp aquafaba
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
How do I make it?
- Whip aquafaba and cream of tartar together until frothy and medium peaks have formed. Add sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks have formed.
- Add matcha powder and whisk to incorporate.
- Pour milk into a glass and top with whipped matcha. Serve and enjoy.
