What do I need?
- 750 mL sparkling wine
- 180 mL cranberry juice
- Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
- Fresh or dried cranberries, to garnish
How do I make it?
- Add 30 mL cranberry juice to the bottom of each champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with rosemary and cranberries and serve.
TOP TIP
- You can swap the cranberry juice for pomegranate juice if you prefer.
