What do I need?
- 40 mL dry gin
- 40 mL white vermouth
- 60 mL prosecco
- 120 mL soda water
- Juice of half a lime
- Ice
- Lemon slices to garnish
- Lime slices to garnish
- Rosemary to garnish
How do I make it?
- Combine gin, vermouth, prosecco, soda and lime juice in a jug and stir gently.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon and lime slices and a sprig of rosemary.
