Pineapple Mango Margarita
Summer in a glass, this light and fruity cocktail is wonderful for entertaining.

What do I need?
- 1 ½ cups mango, roughly chopped
- 1 ½ cups pineapple, roughly chopped
- 240 mL tequila
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 30 mL fresh lemon juice
- 30 mL fresh lime juice
- Ice, to serve
- Chilli, to serve
How do I make it?
- Add mango, pineapple, tequila, simple syrup, lemon, and lime juice to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve in glasses rimmed with salt and add ice and a round of fresh chilli for garnish.
TOP TIPS
- You can use frozen fruit to make a frozen margarita if you prefer.
- You can omit the pineapple if you would prefer an all-mango margarita.
- If you’re catering for a crowd, double or triple the recipe and serve in a jug so that guests can help themselves.
